Hellooo from the 2009 PSA EBoard!

Okies. so let's get introductions out of the way, shall we? My name is Raven Baldwin and I'm PSA's 2009 Secretary. I'll be in charge of keeping all of you lovely people informed on the going on's of PSA...the upcoming events, meetings, activities and quiet possibly, some crazy parties.

Hello everyone,
Hope your quarter is coming along swimmingly. This week we have a meeting that will focus on Pilipino music.We will also talk about upcoming events such as our annual banquet and the elections for eboard that are coming up. Come on out and spend some time with your favorite Pilipino organization.

Everybody everybody! This Wednesday as an official meeting, come out to Buckeye Books and help earn money for PSA. Try and be there at 7:30 in the pm(or earlier if you're awesome) we'll work it out till like 9:00pm. Lets hang out and get some bubble tea afterwards! Brace yourself, it is Spring, mmmmmmmmmm.

Hi, We hope you had a great Spring Break and are well rested and excited for this next quarter. Your PSA Eboard has been working on some cool and FUN plans this quarter, keep your ears open. Although, in order for PSA to throw great events we need member attendance and funding, easy I know! One of our most crucial and successful fundraisers is Buckeye Books volunteering;

I encourage everyone to take this class that is offered in the spring. I took it last spring. The instructor is GREAT! It is an easy A. and you learn about Filipinos!!!! :) Oh, and it is also a GEC!!

Wednesday we are having a get together meeting for all PSA dancers and persons interested in joining PSA dance. We will be discussing the upcoming spring events, banquet, budget and costumes, dance practices..etc. It'll be fun, it has been to long. We can hang out, eat pizza and watch movies at Asian Avenue(Felix and Alex's place) afterwards. Come on out, I miss you.

MAFA Conference is this Friday!.. For those of you who are still interested in going to MAFA and did not show up to last week's meeting, you are required to hand in your fee of $30 by WEDNESDAY, February 18 to an executive board member (Christine Pulido, Chloe Mercado, Jide Famoyegun, Alex Abejuela, Jennifer Luu, Felix Flores).
