No talks until Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) controls rogue rebs

NEW YORK—President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo on Wednesday ruled out the resumption of peace talks with the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) until “responsible elements” had regained control of the rebel organization.
